Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

At Eris Velvet, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@erisvelvet.com within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, intimate apparel, and certain personal-use items are generally not eligible for return once delivered unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product ordered.

To be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund consideration, customers may be required to provide photographs or other evidence of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color due to monitor settings.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Failure to provide an accurate shipping address.

Eris Velvet works with independent fulfillment partners and shipping providers. While we strive to ensure every order arrives as expected, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

In cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Eris Velvet reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on supplier inventory, fulfillment processing, and carrier performance.
